Welcome back to Counting to 5, a podcast about the United States Supreme Court. In this episode, we’re going to look at two cases from this term, Visa, Inc. v. Osborn and Ivy v. Morath, both of which disappeared from the Court’s docket without oral argument or a written opinion. The Court disposed of these two cases in different ways and for very different reasons, but both are interesting for what they show about the Court and the judicial system.
